Step Two (Do this step after using the Microsoft Word)
Click – Microsoft Word
- File
- Open-click
- Look in: History
- Highlight all and delete
Step Three : (Do this step once in two weeks)
- Double click My Computer
- 2 x – Local Disk (C:)
- 2 x – WINDOWS
- 2 x –Prefetch
- Edit-Select all
- Delete
- Empty Your Recycle Bin
Step Four : (Do this step once a week)
- 2 x – Internet Explorer
- Tools
- Internet Option
- Temporary Internet files: Click on Settings….
- View Files
- Edit-Select all
- Files – Delete
- Yes
